ReliantSouth was selected by Sonny's Franchise Company to serve as their Construction Manager for the new "prototype" Sonny's BBQ constructed in Gainesville, FL. This project will mark the ninth (9th) Sonny's construction project that ReliantSouth has facilitated for the Franchise Company as well as several franchisees. Concurrent to the recent re-branding of Sonny's BBQ, the new prototype exemplifies Sonny's sole focus... great barbecue. The new prototype reflects a new approach to showcasing the smoking process, having a dedicated "Pitmaster" area at each restaurant and implementing construction materials that reflect the "barbecue experience". This fresh, new look is sure to keep Sonny's BBQ established as an icon in the world of barbecue.

ReliantSouth served as the Construction Manager for the recently completed Taziki's Mediterranean Café located in Panama City Beach. ReliantSouth thoroughly enjoyed working alongside the design and ownership team of the growing franchise and applauds Charles Poffenbarger (ReliantSouth Project Manager) in expediting this project. Their Mediterranean-inspired menu has a bit of a southern accent, which they make from scratch everyday. You can watch your meal prepared through their open kitchens, enjoy the relaxing music and quiet environment that is designed for conversation and community gatherings. Captain Anderson's

The professionals who are now ReliantSouth while part of Team GAC facilitated the recent façade renovations to the Capt. Anderson’s Restaurant on Panama City Beach. Named among America's Top 50 Restaurants, this landmark eating establishment serves over 250,000 guests annually, and has operated for more than 46 years. Our staff worked closely with the architect and owners during preconstruction to refine the scope of work, and performed value-engineering studies to ensure the project remained within budget. The scope of work involved with the renovations included roofing/waterproofing enhancements, new storefront glass/glazing, construction of new parapets to create an aesthetic appeal, new architectural awnings, and new waterfront signage.
