Legacy Cabinets was in dire need of new office and manufacturing space given their rapid expansion in Northwest Florida. Recognizing ReliantSouth’s extensive experience in the local market and ability to be a true solution provider, Legacy selected ReliantSouth. ReliantSouth worked diligently through the pre-construction process to gain a better understanding of their client’s needs and to ensure the facility would accomplish their ultimate goals. The 54,200 square feet project was completed ahead of schedule, under budget and has enabled Legacy Cabinets to become a market leader in the region.

ReliantSouth served as the Design/Build firm for a local
investment group in the development of two (2) 9,600 square feet spaces for
warehousing rental space. The project,
located in the Panama City Beach Commerce Park, was extremely successful and
delivered to the client ahead of schedule and under budget.

South Walton Commerce Park - Lot 28

ReliantSouth was selected by the St. Joe company to serve as the Design/Build firm to facilitate the construction of two (2) warehouses in the South Walton Commerce Park. The buildings were developed to serve as “flexible” rentals to meet the growing demand for office and warehouse space in the expanding Walton County market.

After interviewing multiple
firms, WestRock selected ReliantSouth to serve as their Design/Build firm for
the construction of two (2) warehouses to enhance their existing operations. ReliantSouth worked closely with WestRock
throughout the design phase to ensure the facilities would accommodate their unique
needs. Due to our prior performance,
WestRock turned to ReliantSouth after Hurricane Michael to build four (4)
additional buildings. The six (6)
structures consisted of over 64,800 square feet of storage, maintenance, and
operational space.
